Princip Humanitarian Organisation is an international charity supporting vulnerable families and communities across the Balkans. We believe poverty is not only the absence of money but also the loss of dignity, security, and hope.
Guided by compassion and accountability, we stand with families to restore what matters most: safety, stability, and the assurance that they are not alone. Our work is built on principles of honesty, responsibility, and respect. These values guide how we serve families and how we remain transparent with our donors and partners, ensuring every act of generosity reaches those who need it most.
This mission was not created overnight. It grew out of years of experience and lessons learned in the field. That is our story.
For years, we devoted ourselves to humanitarian work across the Balkans. We saw children growing up in cold homes without beds, mothers forced to choose between food and firewood, and families forgotten by the very systems meant to protect them. These experiences gave us a deeper understanding of daily struggles and showed how much consistent and reliable support is needed.
In that time, we took part in projects that touched many lives. We renovated homes in Serbia. We brought holiday gifts to children in Montenegro. We provided scholarships in Dalmatia. We supported families in Kosovo and Metohija. And in Republika Srpska, we began building a memorial church dedicated to innocent victims as a lasting reminder of truth and sacrifice.
With volunteers worldwide, we built trust and delivered results that changed lives. But we also learned something important: humanitarian work must be rooted in integrity, responsibility, and principles. When those values were no longer fully present, it became clear that a new chapter had to begin.
That is why Princip Humanitarian Organisation was founded, to continue serving families with honesty, accountability, and the belief that each of us can make a difference. Our name is our mission: to act from principle, for those who need it most.
We are a community of humanitarians, professionals, community leaders, and volunteers of all ages from the Balkans and worldwide. Each of us brings life and work experiences from both home and abroad, united by more than charity, by a shared responsibility to honor where we come from and to serve with dignity, honesty, and compassion. Guided by principles, we combine knowledge from the field with the passion of people who refuse to look away when families are in need, working as one to ensure no child and no family is ever forgotten.

Across the Balkans, too many families fall through the cracks of existing systems. Strict criteria, limited resources, and short-term projects leave children and parents without the support they urgently need. We have seen cold homes without beds, parents struggling in silence, and families forgotten by those meant to protect them.
Princip Humanitarian Organisation exists to change that. Guided by principles, we stand with families who are overlooked or excluded, offering both immediate help and long-term support. Our mission is simple: to restore dignity, stability, and hope where it is needed most.
This is why our work is built around four pillars: urgent aid for families in crisis, helping children begin school with dignity, bringing joy during the holidays, and offering ongoing support so every child can grow up with stability and hope. These pillars are how we turn compassion into action and how forgotten families find their way back to dignity.
For Princip, transparency is not paperwork, it is presence. Every family we help, every home we rebuild, and every partnership we form is open to view.
Our work speaks through photos, videos, and testimonies from those whose lives have changed, not through staged statistics.
We believe that accountability begins with honesty. That means showing what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for, without exaggeration or hidden terms.
Supporters, partners, and local communities are part of that process. They see the impact directly, because they help create it.
In every country where Princip operates and fundraises, our registered charity status requires strict legal reporting, documentation, and transparency. These safeguards exist to protect the dignity of those we help and the trust of those who give.
Within Princip, decisions are reviewed collectively, funds are tracked from donor to delivery, and every team member is held to a strict code of conduct.
Accountability begins inside the organisation before it ever reaches the public eye.
Integrity is not something we claim. It’s something we show.
Your donation doesn’t disappear into a system.
It becomes warmth in a cold home, light in a dark room, a reason for a child to smile.
At Princip Organisation, every act of giving is turned into direct, visible change. We show where help goes — through photos, videos, and stories from the families you’ve reached.
You choose how to give:
• Support a specific family and follow their story
• Fund one of our humanitarian projects
• Or let us send your help to where it’s needed most
Every contribution follows the same path — from compassion to impact, from intention to dignity.
Because if you don’t have principle, what guides you?
Volunteers are the heart of Princip Humanitarian Organisation. From field support in the Balkans to organising events abroad and everything in between, every act of service helps restore dignity and hope to families who need it most. We welcome people of all ages and skills who share our values of honesty, compassion, and responsibility. As a volunteer, you are not just giving time, you are becoming a voice for the forgotten, a bridge between families in need and the help they deserve, and a vital part of building lasting change. Together, we can ensure that no child and no family is ever left behind.
